recently, following hurricane helene we discovered a minor issue with my wife's vehicle but an issue nonetheless . Matt Raynor went above and beyond to squeeze my wife and girls in without an enormous wait despite not having an appointment and the General Manager of that store and the Augusta store Johnny Royal showed genuine concern and care by chatting with my ladies and keeping them updated with progress of the repair. Kudos to that team.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Miracle Nissan of North Augusta. I encountered the best sales associate during this process. Mingo Dicks was very personable and took time to answer all of my questions. Mingo called that evening after my purchase to make sure my family and I arrived home safely( I live out of state). Mingo even called a week later to see how I was enjoying my vehicle and if I had any follow up questions.
